On Friday we filmed 98 different shots and I am the princess in our teen film.
We decided to film all of the bedroom and classroom scenes as they were located inside. We decided this because the weather was bad as it was raining and the outside shots had to be filmed when the weather was sunny.
For the classroom scene we filmed the shots from different angles and distances, so that we will have a wide range of shots, this also makes it more interesting in the editing stage as we wont see things from one angle, this will keep our audience focused on whats going on in the opening sequance.

In the classroom scene we also decided to film a closeup of each character, so that we would get an individual reaction for each character, which will express their thoughts and feelings.

For the jocks scene we filmed him getting ready in the morning, which shows his daily routine. He is seen in bed with a girl, which shows that he is a stereotypical character that is always surrounded by girls and is interested in them

For the nerds scene we filmed similar shots to the jocks scene, but its the nerds daily routine.

The daily routines for all our characters will highlight their characters and emphesize the difference in their personalities and each character has a different daily routine.
We recorded a lot of the same shots but from different angles and distances so that there is a wider range of shot types. We were happy with the overall outcome as we wanted to have more shots than we needed, as in the editing process we will be able to pick and choose the shots that were the most successful.
