Q4. Who would be the audience for your media product? Unfinished

Teen films and their target audience
Teen films have a wide range of audiences coming from age, gender, and sub genres. In relation to age, various teenagers aged 13-19 watch teenage films due to the fact that they can relate to the topics in which they convey in the teen films. However viewers outside the target audience may watch teen films due to different reasons. For example a 27 year old may like to watch teenage films due to the fact that he may enjoy teenage humour. Most teen films are related to both genders male and females because usually the main characters may be of the genders male and female. Nevertheless some teen films are targeted at one specific gender. This is done by most characters being gender dominated. An example of this could be Grid Iron Gang. Grid Iron Gang focuses on mainly boys and the interests of boys. In this teen film it focuses on American football. Teen films can also be attracted by subgenres. For example if the subgenre is Sci-Fi a specific target audience may be attracted and enticed by the teen films

T.E.A.M and their target audience
T.E.A.M has a wide target audience coming from age gender and genres. In my teen film I made the target audience ages 13-17 this is the ages from high school to college. This automatically allows teenagers who are in  college and are of ages 13-17 to be targeted. In relation to gender I have included both genders as there are both male and female main characters.

This is a Facebook profile for a specific member of our target audience named Mary Gabriella Tedeku.
These are some of the many different reasons why she is a specific member of our target audience.

Mary is mainly interested in teenage films. She likes watching films which has clear representation of all characters and also mixed genders
