CHANGES IN MUSIC

This is the original copy of the music that will be used for our teen film, some of the music has been effected because of the changes I made before when I made another copy changing most of the music. I did this to see what songs would work and ones that wouldn't and to add more of a variety to our opening sequence.

The songs that I used that we decided to use for the beginning are:




Prototype is now used at the beginning of our opening sequence when we are introduced to the criminal, this song worked well as it builded a bit of tension and created an interesting opening.

The second song, wake me up before you go go is now used when we are first introduced to the nerd, this song worked well as it is very upbeat and jolly. Which creates an atmosphere for the character seen in the shot.

This is what it looked like after editing and playing around in soundcloud with the new chosen songs.

I used a song when we are first introduced to the jock which was Trap Numbers, this song created an atmosphere and built on the characteristics of the jock.



A song that I added to most of the opening sequence was Rather Be.



This song worked well going throughout most of the opening sequence, but we were unable to use it as we couldn't find this on soundcloud and due to copy right we weren't allowed to use this song in our teen film.

Overall, after looking back at the whole opening sequence after editing the sound, there were too many different songs used, which would take the attention away from the shots. Some of the songs also have lyrics which did not go with what was going on in the scene, which was also another reason why some of the songs weren't used.
